All tenants must meet CollaboRENT’s minimum qualification standards before being approved for a rental home. These requirements ensure responsible occupancy and reduce risk for both the tenant and the owner.

Required for All Applicants

Cosigner Requirements

Cosigners must demonstrate strong financial stability. In most cases, cosigners must demonstrate at least 5× monthly rent in incomeand meet credit requirements.

24-Hour Hold Policy

Approved applications hold the selected property for 24 hours. During this period, the lease must be signed to secure the home. If the lease is not signed within this timeframe, the unit will be returned to active listing.

Rental History & Automatic Denials

Rental history plays a vital role in approval. We verify past residency and evaluate rental behavior to ensure responsible tenancy.
